Accessing Installations
Click View All from Recent Installations on the dashboard, or navigate via the menu.
Installation List
| Column | Description |

| ID | Unique installation ID (#123) |
| Template | Template name with icon |
| Client | Client name (linked to WHMCS profile) and email |
| Server | Service name (linked to WHMCS service) |
| Status | Current status with icon |
| Started | When installation began |
| Completed | When installation finished |
| Actions | View logs, Retry (if failed) |
Status Types

| Pending | Clock | Waiting to start |
| Running | Spinner | Installation in progress |
| Completed | Checkmark | Successfully finished |
| Failed | X mark | Installation failed |
Actions

| View Logs | Open modal with installation logs |
| Retry | Attempt installation again (failed only) |
Troubleshooting Failed Installations
- Click View Logs to see error details
- Verify Pterodactyl server connectivity
- Check Wings configuration and
allowed_origins
- Verify egg exists and is valid in Pterodactyl
- Check if server has available resources
