What you expected vs what happened
Exact error text (from screen or log), not paraphrased

Screenshot of the admin screen (blur API keys and passwords)
Small excerpt from storage/logs/laravel.log around the error time

Scope of support

Usually covered: Using the module as documented, clarifying setup steps, and confirmed defects in the product you purchased.

Often out of scope: General Linux training, unrelated custom code, recovering servers with no backups, or third-party themes/modules we did not ship. We may still point you in the right direction.

Production changes without a recent backup are risky. Back up the database and files before upgrades or experiments.

Confirm you are on a supported Paymenter + PHP stack (check release notes or ask).
Reproduce on a clean test product or staging site when possible.
Send steps, versions, and logs as listed above.
